14U Female
Summary
The Girls 14U program was introduced for the 2020 season in response to the growing number of female baseball players in our association and across the province. This division, named "A League of Their Own," aims to provide female players aged 14 and under the opportunity to enjoy baseball in a girls-only setting. Notably, the 14U division is the first where female players can play the position of pitcher.

Note: Baseball hats and jerseys must be worn to each game.

Coaches
Each team will ideally have 2-3 coaches (1 Head Coach, 2 Assistants), depending on volunteer availability.
Head Coach Responsibilities
- Create batting and fielding line-ups and make substitutions each inning.
- Coach a base during hitting.
Assistant Coaches Responsibilities
- Coach a base during hitting.
- Ensure kid safety on the bench.
- Manage the batting order.
- Assist the head coach with instruction as needed.
